Alright, I only owned Melee for 2 months before my ***** ex sold my gamecube and games haha so i was purely a 64 fan. But i have finally *sorta* got the bat drop technique down and used it to get my personal best with wolf. here tis, im sure ill be back on here to challenge the wr but that will come later.

Cool, but I thought just plain throwing the bat at it like nuts would rack up the damage pretty good, but I guess your aim was to keep it in one spot so that it would be easier to hit it correct?

well, throwing the bat works but i know people who are really good at the bat drop can use it to get like 200+ damage and thus crazy distances. the barrier breaks way quicker than that when you just keep throwing the bat at the sandbag.

Thats pretty good but the farthest ive seen is 8500 feet of ike + yoshi. No joke either ike used his fully charged B attack when the bag had a lot of percent.
