full setup for Melee** includes: Nintendo Gamecube or Gamecube-compatible Nintendo Wii, CRT TV, game disk, component cables, AC adapter, all characters and stages unlocked on memory card
full setup for Rivals of Aether includes: computer (laptop or desktop with tower and monitor), AC adapter, GameCube adapter, copy of game, all DLC characters
full setup for Dragon Ball FighterZ includes: PS4, copy of the game (updated to the latest version) with all characters unlocked + DLC characters, power supply, (preferably low lag) monitor, HDMI cable
**Any setup with cosmetic or game-altering MODS must remove the MODS during tournament use, except for the Nairo Saga mod for Sm4sh and 20XX for Melee.

3 stock, 8 minutes, basic stages via Tourney Mode
Starter Stages - Fire Capitol, Rock Wall, Merchant Port, Tower of Heaven, Aethereal Gates
Counterpick Stages - Air Armada, Treetop Lounge, Blazing Hideout, Tempest Peak, Frozen Fortress, The Endless Abyss, Spirit Tree
Game 1 has players play roshambo, with loser striking first. Players strike one stage at a time until one remains.
Game 2+ has the winner strike 2 stages with the loser then picking a stage.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will follow the EVO ruleset: http://evo.shoryuken.com/additional-rules/, though Grand Finals will be 3/5
Kirby Air Ride matches will be held in City Trial:
Game Settings: Time: 7 min, Game Tempo: Normal, Stadium: Randomly decided from the start, Events: On
Pausing midmatch on purpose for gain or for any malicious intent will result in disqualification.
Single elimination, top 2 players from each round move on.
All participants will receive 10% off the BWW menu for all non-discounted and non-alcoholic food items.
