Smash For Love is a smash tournament at Johnson University, Knoxville Tennessee.
7900 Johnson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37998
Each event entry costs $5. Half of the money will be donated to Love 146, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting child sex slavery across the world. The other half will be paid out in each event at the usual 60%/30%/10% for 1st/2nd/3rd place.
Order of Events:
2:30 - Doors open, Set-up, Friendlies
3:15 - Melee Singles and Smash Wii U Doubles Sign Ups
3:45 - Melee Singles and Smash Wii U Doubles Begin
5:30 - Melee Doubles and Smash Wii U Singles Sign Ups
6:15 - Melee Doubles and Smash Wii U Singles Begin
8:00 - Project M Singles Sign Ups
8:30 - Project M Singles Begin
*Melee Doubles are a possibility depending on how long Melee Singles take.
Notes - Due to time constraints, the following rules will apply:
+Participants in the Melee singles will not be able to participate in the Sm4sh Doubles and vice versa.
+We will NEED as many set-ups as possible for all three games. We have a wide enough space, we just need as many set-ups as possible to help make the events run smooth and quick.
+Exact rules on "no-shows" for matches will be posted later.
Melee Singles Ruleset:
Best 2 out of 3.
4 stock, 8 minutes.
In the case that time runs out and both characters have an equal amount of lives, the character with less damage wins the match. If both characters have equal lives and damage, the match must be replayed.
Typical Stage Striking, bans, and Tournament stages.
Players reserve the right for a double-blind character selection for the first match.
Sm4sh Doubles Ruleset:
Best 2 out of 3.
2 stock, 6 minutes.

Customs will be allowed.
