So I didn't really want to make a thread about this because it's just an applied form of what we already know, but o well. We already know that down-b slides on slopes, like on the edges of yoshi's island. However, I was messing around and doing down-b, once I slid off the stage, I would DJ into another down-b on the slant. Doing this, you can do down-b's continuously every second or so. You can do it even faster on Lylat Cruise platforms.

Furthermore, instead of doing continuous down-b's, try down-b followed by the motions for an ETS forward. You slide off with down-b and instantly come back on with your egg.

Lastly, and I would think the most important for egg camping purposes. For these stages with slanted edges, we can only do like 5 ECE's before we have to get back on the ground . Grab the ledge, throw your eggs, do a standard ledge jump and right then do a down-b and hold towards the stage. The ledge jump will go slightly over the stage in its beginning animation and your down-b will cause you to slide off again. But since you are holding towards the stage, instead of sliding off away from the stage, you will slide off into another ledge grab, reseting your ECE's.

While I'm on ECE's, no one really commented on it, but has anyone done reverse ECE's? Before you ask, I just made up the reverse part because it makes sense lol. Instead of throwing eggs onto the stage, you throw eggs away from the stage as a form of edge guard. I haven't really used it practically in matches, but you can do it. Just drop from ledge, egg throw in opposite direction of stage, then grab ledge again.

I'm still messing with it and I don't know if yall do this stuff, but in any case, thought I might throw it out there. Hope it makes sense and helps

I've done those by accident. XD

Yoshi Bomb Sliding (YBS) can be used to grab the edge against an unsuspecting opponent (Lylat). This only works a couple of times though, then you would have to mix it up and stuff. You can also go instanly into standing animation by DJing towards the stage right when you're about to slide off the edge. This is good because you can pretty much do anything you want while the Yoshi Bomb stars are still out.

I rarely use this in actual matches, since it can be predictable due to D-B's slow start. If I do use it, it's either to make the opponent guess if I'm going to: stay on the ground, grab the edge, or DJ; or to mix up my edge guarding. I'm not sure if you've watched my Yoshi tech video (done in practice mode), but it should show you what I'm talking about.
