Apology to (some of) you who have received warnings/infractions from me

So, when I go to the screen to give an infraction or a warning, under the list of what to give the infraction/warning for, there's a text box to send the user a personal message (like sending a PM with the infraction/warning). Usually, I'll write a detailed note in this box explaining to the user why they are receiving an infraction/warning.

However, I just found out that there's a bug that exists that makes this textbox useless, and that nobody has received the messages I've been sending with warnings/infractions.

So, if you've ever received an infraction or warning from me and not understood why you received it, I apologize. There are probably some other mods that don't know this bug exists, so take it easy on them.

From now on, if I feel additional explanation is needed, I'll be sure to send a separate PM. As always, I always welcome anyone to ask for additional explanation for why they received a warning or infraction.
