Anywhere to get Brawl Pal Files?

Hey guys, so I really want to hack damage fonts etc, but I need a info.pac file.
But the Data Partition 2 on Brawlvault has a dead link, and I can't use the NTSC file...
So could a PAL user with all files upload them somewhere? I don't know how to get files on
a iso, and google didn't help much.

Check kc-mm under the Resources page at the bottom right corner.
