Anywhere to do small money matches online?

Not to my knowledge. How would you even enforce moneymatches online?

I'd advice doing it local or not at all. I won't do money matches until I'm confident in my abilities, but I will not do it often anyway. Even if you won (online), the loser can just run away and get away with it. Just my opinions anyway 
I'd be surprised if anyone actually agreed to an online MM. There is so many things that could go wrong lol. Scams, lag, intentional lag, using characters that are obnoxious to punish online (like yoshi)... etc. Better off just MMing people offline.
