Anywhere online to get melee for under $15 USD?

Hello.I'm a 10 year old smasher who owns every game but melee. Everywhere I look the prices range from 45$ to 65$. Is there a place to get melee for a good price? I don't care if it has the case or not, just want to start entering melee events and master the meta game better.

if you have a Wii, you can simply softmod it, install USB Loader GX and DIOS MIOS Lite—after that, you can launch Melee from a 2+ GB SD card. Total cost: ~2$ (for the SD card).

I did this originally but I have found 2 copies of Melee. One for $15 and $30 since then.
Also the SD cards are best found on Amazon. In Canada finding ones that are 2GB or smaller is super difficult since no retail stores will stock them.
