Anyway to get Turbo mode in Brawl without Project M?

Currently, i'm waiting for PM PAL, and i really want to try out the anticapted Turbo Mode in Brawl Mode.

SSF2 Does include Turbo Mode but sometimes... shenanigans happen...

Some rude man fiddled around and apparently isolated the .gct codes for Turbo Mode, which change spicy curry into a temporary turbo state.
I've not tested them, but that's as far as you're going to get; the Project M team likes to keep their codeset secret for some reason.
