Anyway to change Sonic's PM 3.6 skins?

I tried adding some more mods, but since Project M 3.6 has custom skins for Sonic, It doesn't allow me to change them.
The model stays the same for every mod. Any way to change it?

what do you mean by "the model stays the same for every mod."
If you've downloaded a skin and renamed it correctly, it will overwrite any current skin he has.
What problem are you having exactly.

I'm doing that, it just doesn't change.

are you replacing the .pac or the .pcs file?
Ideally, you should be replacing both.

I tried both, I rename the files to the skin I want, for example "FitSonic00" or .pcs I rename it to "FitSonic01" or .pcs I replace the files, but the model doesn't change from the previous one. I sometimes use BrawlCostumeManager as well.

What costume(s) have you downloaded that you're trying to implement?

If it's a simple skin replacement and you're judging the costume by how it looks in brawlcostumemanager, then it isn't showing an accurate depiction of how it looks in-game.
