Has anyone heard how big the friend list can be in Brawl? It's something I have been wondering about for a while, and I haven't seen anything on it yet.

Are you kidding me? 64 is a hell of a lot if you actually think about how many people will be online at the same time as you.

All things considered I think 64 is a lot. Yeah you could add 64 random people in a few minutes, but adding 64 people you will really enjoy playing? That will take a while.

There's going to be a lot of people form my local LAN center that are going to be in mine. That's an easy 15+ kids. Then I have 5-6 friends who all have Wii's and are getting the game with me the moment it's on sale somewhere near us.

Hm..I guess around 45 spots for competitive players is enough...?

And wow I always hate when people ask questions that have asnwers clearly stated on the DOJO...sorry 'bout that.

Yeah Ill only have 10 or so saved for my IRL friends. The others Im just going to fill with random people that love random competitive matches. :) Doesnt seem like a lot but it really is.

Yeah, it was on the Dojo a long time ago. I'm pretty disappointed as well. About half of it will be taken up by friends of mine and other local smashers in my area. Then I'll need to take most of the rest up with online friends of mine that I've made on different communities. I'll have to do what I did for Pokemon Pearl and just have one friend slot where I add someone and delete them right after the battle =/

Yeah, I can see it taking a little bit of time to fill up, but it definitely WILL fill up.

Okay new question. How can people in 'Friends' talk? Is there some kind of pre-game lobby for typing, or is text limited to sending/receiving messages and taunts?
