Smash 3DS Anyone's game "freeze" in the practice lobby?

I'm playing online, and my game is stuck in the practice lobby. Both mine and the others players portrait says ok, and I can run around and practice, but it has been stuck here for a few minutes. I can't pause and leave or exit to my home menu.

I had this happen yesterday. I just hit the power button after a while. It might get you temporarily banned, though, but not for long

yea happened once to me, i just powered off

it was in for glory, and no loss or win was counted. (my w/l ratio remained the same)
