Smash 3DS Anyone with all 3ds customs in North NJ?

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I'm looking to enlist the help of (hire) someone with all the 3ds customs to get all of the the Evo sets on my 4 tournament wii us. We're working on unlocking them ourselves, but we want to get our tournaments up and running again, so we will settle for having all of the evo sets for now. I'm not sure exactly how long it would take to finish them all, but I'll pay you for your time. We're in the Montclair area.

Can they be transferred over wifi? because I realized that I'm not in the area. And are the sets for specific characters? (ex: Mario) or for them all?
