Smash 3DS Anyone Wanna Battle with Custom Movesets?

I'm looking to test my custom Lucario against human players in preparation for an upcoming tournament that allows custom moves (but not attributes). Perhaps anybody else out there wants to test their custom movesets? I'm willing to add anybody.

Welp, it says I can't connect to the server on Friends List, even though I have 3 bars.

Error code lookup says it means the eShop is down.

I can get on, but it stays Offline, and then error 001-0502 appears.

Can't get on Smash Bros. online either. Same error. Nintendo's Network Status page is blank. I'll just try again later. To the outdoors for real life stuff!
