This picture quiz/game somewhere on the internet which had a number of levels, you had to copy the first level's (which is a picture) URL directly, then 1 word would be the answer, and you edit the URL with the new answer. 
(Hope I explained that properly lol)
I remember some of the levels would be called "God complex" then they'd have something...**** I forget. Then there was 1 picture that had the squid things from Mario and the answer was Blooper, so you'd change the URL from "www._____.com/picture1.jpg" to "www._____com/blooper.jpg" then it would take you to the next level (picture).
