Anyone play Sm4sh in the Treasure Coast, FL?

Hello! My name is 3D and I'd like to know if there is anyone in the Treasure Coast area that plays Sm4sh? My friends and I can't find get a ride to any local scene since the closest ones are usually 2-3 hours away. We live in Port St.Lucie Florida, which if you haven't already guessed, is lacking a competitive Smash scene. If there is anyone out there who plays Sm4sh or even PM/Melee and lives in Martin, Indian River, or even Palm Beach county, let me know down below. I really want to try and have a Smash scene here in the Treasure Coast, but we need people in order to even attempt making this a possibility. At the moment Me and my friends can't afford to travel to anywhere that's hours away just to play Smash. We're stuck in a barren wasteland of boredom, so why not make it more enjoyable? The first step is a show of hands, then we can discuss meet-ups,set-ups,transportation,etc.

Thanks for the help! This will make it easier to find people XD. I'm not to familiar with Smashboards so getting some directions is much appreciated.

I'm in the Treasure Coast! I have a group of 3-5 friends that I play Sm4sh with pretty consistently. We aren't great, but we'd definitely be interested in helping get a competitive scene going in the TC.

Nice dude! Me and some friends found out about a monthly tournament at Play N Trade called “Smash Hard". The last one was yesterday and it had like 50 people! Sadly its not a weekly tournament so its going to be awhile before I can go to anything else :/. Hopefully something will come up thats nearby. I'd love to set something up myself but I lack the infrastructure to do so. For now, Smash Hard will have to do for me. The good news is that there are plenty of players here in the Treasure Coast. If you know of anyone who could get some setups, maybe we could host a meetup somewhere.

I recently moved back to Port Saint Lucie. I can't really find any information on these monthlies, do they still exist?
