anyone know anything about Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru?

Does anyone know anything about the game Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru? (translation: For Frogs the Bell Tolls... or the way I like it, The Bell is Ringing Because of a Frog) I've been pretty curious about it b/c I thought the
artwork looked cool and the gameplay sounded pretty unique.

Its also kinda famous for this cameo of one of the characters (Prince Richard) who appears in Zelda: Link's Awakening.

lol, at first i thought it was the end of a fire emblem title because it looked similar to the ending of one i saw before. anyway, i have no clue about anything about the game.
