It's a pure popularity thing. For example, if your game gets a good rating from a popular GMnewsletter, People may be more interested in that game.

It's still a work in progress, If anyone has any Ideas for it post them here and I'll try to put them in.

Think of it like Nintendo Power, except for Game Maker games and that it's a newsletter, not a magazine.

yeah, I used it to make a crappy game based on my flash series, but didnt get too far... lol
