but my friend could do 20 secs two years ago

Yeah my best time is 43.61 seconds. I can solve up to 7x7x7s but I haven't timed myself on those.

im not great my best time is 1:40 but i generally just do it to show off but your right it is sorta addicting

I can't solve a cube either. The best I've done is solve a side.

I can solve one face but everyone can do that. I get the whole idea of the cross on the first face and the algorithm to get the corners Im just too lazy to do the rest.

sorry about the new thread then, i tried searching... but we all know this search feature sucks

anyway... best time is 20.92 with a PLL skip and a really nice F2L.

My average right now is about 35 seconds.

I currently use fridrich method with 2 look OLL and PLL right now.
So far i know 14 PLLs and 10 OLLs, im working on the G permutations now.

I'm hoping some more adept people that are really good with F2L can take a look at some of my vids to give me some more tips to speed up, because thats what everyone tells me is the major time saver.

What methods do people here on smash use. I keep hearing about Roux method, because its pretty new.

I use F2L and I know all the PLLs and around 30 OLLs. I'm averaging 20s and my best is 14s.

Post in my thread please. I'll give you tips and hints if you do

I only use maybe 6 OLLs and 8 PLLs, so my average is about 50 seconds, and my best is in the low 40s.

I can do up to 5v5v5. never tried anything bigger, although I understand that it's all the same at that point.
