Anyone familiar with Microsoft IIS or SQL server 2005?

I'm thinking about migrating my office's database to MySQL or something similar. I have absolutely no experience with IIS and related components however and would need some guidance on how to export our database. The server is running on XP, and as far as I know doesn't have the PowerShell snap-in.

Hmm, I've used SQL Server 2005 before, but I've never tried to export the database. If you can export a SQL file, you should be able to import it into MySQL easily enough.
