Anyone else notice any of their opinions change

So it's been about a year since my last post. This is one thread where we reflect on ourselves in that time. So I used to think melee was something special, but looking at it from a basic programmers perspective I find it to be an unfinished mediocre fighting game full of glitches. Also I got more re used to the game and began to change my personal opinions on characters particularly the top 8 on the current tier list to change. I know I've been out of the game for awhile but I'm glad to be back.

I wouldn't say it's unfinished or mediocre, but the developers left things in that were meant to be exploited.

Honestly, I never really liked Melee until I tried playing it at a higher level.
It is definitely unpolished and unbalanced as ****.

But that's sort of the beauty of it. A better made game wouldn't be willing to let you have as much fun as Melee does.

Hell Melee is a lot less glitchy than many modern games when they're first released.
