Anyone around Gahanna or central Ohio?

I've been playing competitively for almost a year now and I still don't have any practice partners. I know Columbus has a small scene, but they're more interested in PM and I haven't taken the initiative to actually go to their weekly events. I was wondering if there was ANYONE in Gahanna or the central Ohio area in general interested in picking up Brawl. I really want people to give this game a chance and help make the scene grow.

There's a tournament with brawl coming up in september at OSU i think. check out the thread for that. you will probably find interested folks there as well

Hey Dude,

Even though we are primarily PM, some of us still play Brawl if someone is interested (I"m a Brawl player). The problem is those who are interested in Brawl never run/host anything. I do host smashfests at my house when I'm not @ a tourney, but if you bring Brawl some of us will play. Also, try to make ads and see if you can try to start a scene for yourself. We do have a facebook group if you're interested (Brawl and PM group)

Hey, I actually live in Gahanna and stream Melee / Brawl / Project M and soon the Japanese version of Smash for 3DS! I wouldn't mind having another friend to play with!

Really? Wow, that's great. Maybe we can meet up sometime and play. I don't have any experience with streaming and whatnot though so I don't know how that will all work.
