Anyody have a good GIF crop'er?

My computer doesnt let me crop GIF's, and i wuld like that to make y sig smaller, without cropping it frame by frame. does anyone have a good GIF cropper?

I can just resize the image on Photoshop if you want.

What parts do you want cropped? Or do you just mean make it smaller? If so, what size?

when i try to resize it, it ends up looking bad.
