anybody know how to convert a .duc or .sav file to a .dst?

im trying to rip sprites, and to do that i need a savestate that has the sprites i need in it already so i dont spend 50 hours getting all the stuff.

i have the savestate i need, but i only have it in .duc and .sav

how can i change it into a .dst?

I would think the Computer area or whatever works better.
