I was on For Fun on the 3ds, and kept getting beaten by a Donkey Kong while using Marth. I'm not good against DKs at all(I suck against those guys), and he kept winning. I'd go after him every time, and deal a ton of damage, but he'd run away and eventually come out on top. The weird part is this: If he didn't outright win and go into a sudden death, the other player would just run off the stage and die, making the DK win.
The third player left(which was a Duck Hunt), leaving only the DK, the Pikachu(who ran off the stage), and Marth. This time the match was on Find Mii. The match was going smoothly(the DK was now a Ness and the Pikachu switched to Bowser), but then I got launched at one point. While I was in the air, neither of them attacked each other. They were teaming! They won because I couldn't get past the constant grabbing.
Some other guy then came in who was a Toon Link. "Alright, maybe he'll help me out," I thought. He didn't. While he seemed normal the first time, the second time around all three of them teamed. It's like he knew to try and kill me or something...
A "communication error" occurred and I was forced to join another match. I thought that this was a one time thing. Nope. Everybody(unless the stage scrolled) stood in one place and taunted before occasionally moving. There was a Lucina there that was pretty good, but she seemed to do the same thing from time to time.
So is this some new idiotic meme? Or a coincidence? Has anyone else come across this?
