Get a launcher (upthrow, shine, uair, fair, grounded dair, Dash attack, upsmash, dtilt)
Hit them again with uair or fair or shine
stay under them using wolf's great mobility, threatening them to jump early or throw out an attack
punish what they do or where they go with an uair or a fair. If you caught their jump and they are a character like marth or samus or anyone else with piss-poor options when comming down, just stay under them and dont let them touch the ground. If they do land make sure to be there to captitalize with pressure or grabs to start it all again

If you want to practice just play against a CPU and try to see how long you can go without it touching the ground, on varying stages with different platforms.

If you practice with a CPU make sure it's a level 3 or higher in versus mode so the CPU actually uses DI, as it's much much easier to consistently juggle someone who doesn't DI and only practicing in training mode for example will set you up to miss easy followups in actual matches.
