Any Smashers in Northern Washington?

I'm a longtime casual smasher who's just recently taken a competitive interest in PM/Melee. I'm from Anacortes and I'm looking to see if there is any active Smash community located in Northern Washington. I know there's quite a scene in the Seattle area, but what about Bellingham, Mt. Vernon, Arlington and the like? Any cities closer than those would probably be too hopeful...

While I'm technically closer to Seattle than Vancouver, I'm almost right in the middle of these two Smash communities, and I wish there was some place a bit closer. I'm aware of the Lynnwood group, and that's so far the closest I know of, but that's a bit over an hour away for me... I'm just curious to see whether I might not have to drive quite so far to learn competitive or even semi-competitive play on a regular basis.

There are some smashers in the Bellingham area that you could reach out to. I hear they're looking to hold a tournament up there in the near future where you might be able to meet some of them. If you want to meet them sooner, I would recommend getting into the Facebook group
