A bunch of us play in southern westchester. You Should talk to Captain Smuckers. We play melee, but I know that there is a weekly pm tournament in chinatown.

PM biweekly in chinatown on sundays (Nebulous PM).
PM weekly in queens on wednesdays (PM Hype Night at Beast Mode).
