Any Smash Wii U players in the Hampton Roads area?

So far I've found no weekly/monthly locals in my general area, so any help would be much appreciated. I'm primarily searching for tourneys, but I'll accept any information pertaining to the Portsmouth Smash scene (or lack thereof), whether that be tourneys, Smash-fests, even a Skype group.
