Any reason to use Dr. Mario over Mario and Luigi

I've been using Mario and Luigi for a long time now, and I've recently started using Dr. Mario as a pocket/character who I use for fun due to how similar he is to Mario and Luigi and in case he ever gets buffed. But right now, is there any reason that Dr. Mario does better than the other Mario Brothers.

Edge guarding is more varied (Luigi has Cyclone gimps and Mario has Fludd, both of which cover specific areas of the screen). Doc has Tornado, reverse up b, backwards up air, etc and they can cover virtually any part of the screen. However, they are also more risky.

Short hop game is better due to his low short hop combined with a 6 frame bair that does 14 damage and autocancels.

Pills are less crappy against characters that can absorb projectiles (since they are physical projectiles).

OOS options are good. His Up-B especially. It is really good as a punishing move.

Luigi: Easy and devastating combos, but the playstyle is braindead and kinda boring. Against a great player, struggles at recovering.
Mario: Fast and aggresive, he's easy to learn and the perfect character for getting better at reading opponents. Amazing combo game.
Dr. Mario: Kinda the opposite of Mario, slow and deffensive playstyle. Shares Mario's framedata but he's slower. Hits harder and kills earlier. Combos harder to pull off.

I really think that Luigi > Mario > Dr. Mario, but it depends on your playstyle. I main Dr. Mario and I do pretty well with him, and I have NO IDEA of playing Mario, I hate him. I'm super deffensive and doc is the perfect character for me.

Also Dthrow to Fair is a true combo at some percentages on most of the Top/High tiers like MK, Pikachu or even Sheik. They die at 70% and can't even airdodge.
