Any help for a pretty much noob flaco player?

hey im alright i cant so simple combos like shine spikes and that but i really want to improve, any tips/help?

Look at those quality responses. I don't know what the community's problem is with new players. Sure it is a tad annoying but we were all fresh at some point.

Make sure you have solid working understanding of advanced movement techniques, L canceling, understanding that hit lag can throw off some timings which is huge for falco at first, and how to jump cancel shines.

Also Falco has a spike but that is his dair (down-aerial). Falco's shine does not spike opponent's like Fox's does and they are used differently.

Also a standard falco combo is called a pillar and it consists of a shine followed by a dair followed by a shine, dair etc. up-tilt can be thrown in situationally.

uhh im pretty sure falco is the second best ranked character in melee, plus i dont really like brawl of 64.

Have you tried reading bornfidelity's guide? Since you're a self-professed noob, I'd recommend CunningKitsune's guide to Fox as well for general game knowledge.
