Any Free Video Editing Program for Windows that isn't WMM or a demo?

Anyone know of any free alternatives? Nothing fancy, I just want something that does what WMM does w/o all the crashing. every. two. minutesLITERALLY. A aha, help me I can't take itttt.........thank you, I'm okay now. Anyway, something that isn't a 30 day free trial! or what. Anyone?

Might be what you're looking for, not the easiest thing to use but I haven't gotten it to crash or lock up my system yet. And it's free.
