No. Sakurai likes to generate hype, but I believe he also likes to control what is seen. Admittedly there was some sort something that allowed players some players to play a little bit beforehand but in my mind that is very different then an open demo. It could happen, but I just don't forsee it.

I don't see it happening outside conventions, if even at any conventions. Don't expect one to be downloadable by everyone on the Wii U though.
