Another Girl Help Thread

There's this girl who I'm determined to ask out. I've run through a million different ways to do it, but whenever I'm about to ask her, I realize that whatever I plan on saying to her isn't good enough, and end up not doing it, 'cause I want to think of something better to say. I'll only see her a few more times before school's out (high school, if it matters), so I'm running out of time.

How should I go about this? I know I should just do it, but I don't know how.

Seriously.. just don't be awkward. Say whatever comes to mind, unless it is way out of line. If she says no, it's not the end of the world.

tell, don't ask. for example, say something like "let's catch a movie", NOT "hi, i really like you, do you want to go on a date with me please?"
most importantly, take risks. if you **** up, who cares. you'll have a good laugh later when you remember it.
