Recently I've been trying to install this announcer for PM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNmsaK3hTPQ
Ive tried putting in the 223.sawnd however some selections are just a pixely pokemon-esque sound.
So I downloaded the .brsar, where do I put it on my sd card

sidenote - My wii is not modded
