Anim8or Converting

I have a modle in Anim8or, and I want it in Brawl. I can save it as a .3ds, .obj, .vtx, .c, and .an8. I know that .obj cant really be in brawl, but I dont know about the other ones. I also know that .3ds can go into a .mdl0. So, I wan to know is there a script or converter to put this in brawl?
