I think it would be hardcore awesome to have a phone app that just shows frame data and hitbox gifs with a notes section you can write down all of your sick mixups you just realized or whatever. Can take all the stats from the 3.0 stat thread like shff speed, weight etc and just stick it on each character

Example: FA-Tool for Street Fighter 4 and it basically does those things. I think there's another similar app hosted by Brady Games.
