Hello Smashers! I'm Electrix, and I'm glad to join this awesome community.

I used to play a lot of Minecraft mostly in the PvP scene, but eventually everyone became too salty for it to be fun anymore.
Luckily, the main server I played on used Xenforo just like this site so I'm very familiar with this kind of foruming!

Ever since 2010, I've owned Brawl and have loved it. I play with friends and now strive to improve because of them.
I'm saving up for a Wii U (probably at Christmas), so soon I will be able to compete in tourneys or against other people. I've never been able to do so because there are no tourneys in my town and the closest ones are about 45 minutes away. So right now I'm just sitting around practicing short hops, teching, and throw combos.

Facts about me:
-I love doubles!
-I have never played Melee although it's really fun to watch(gasp!)
-I use the Classic Controller Pro since my Wii isn't backwards compatible and I don't have a GC controller or an adapter.
-My bad habits include not teching, not spotdodging, and staying right next to an edge where I can be easily outspaced ;-;
-I main Pit but secondary Diddy, Kirby, and Lucario.

Questions I have for you all:
-What are your mains?
-Why did you join Smashboards?
-What should I expect?
-Am I a b1g n00by skrub?

1. I main Dedede in non-competitive manner, at least for now.
2. I originally planned to join to talk about all things Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.
3. Hmm, I can't give a definitive answer to that, sorry.

I main Ness, but I also use Samus.
I joined this site because I wanted to get better at Sm4sh.
You should expect good things from this site. Yeah, It's a bit smushed together, but once you get used to it, it gets easy.
