An Idea for Young Link

In case you can't read the Sakurai-style writing 'cos your computers slow/writing's too small/variety of other misc. reasons:

Young Link returns, adopting his Wind Waker look and therefore a number of items from that game.

But rumour has it that he also has a number of masks that can completely transform his abilities. No, it's not exactly canon, but I think it can make you appreciate that anything can happen in Smash Bros. Brawl!

So there you have it, combining cel-shaded AND mask-transformation Link would be something pretty special that I think we'd all like to see. If you're against this for whatever reason, then believe me, I'm prepared to fight! But I couldn't see why, unless you're completely adamant that Young Link does not return but that's just silly when it's quite clear I'm revealing all the potential of him.

I'm going to write up a moveset for him soon too as well so stay tuned for that.

Of course, the chances of this combination happening are pretty slim so here's the other point of this thread. Which version of Young Link would YOU prefer, Cel-Shaded or Mask Transformation? YOU decide.

Gonna ignore the first bit as you're just picking holes... besides t's not a photoshop, I only have Paint. Hahahaha, yes laugh at how nooby and ungeeky I am. Tee hee.

Besides, I never understand that just another Link/Mario mentality. Surely, if it was completely and utterly innovative then there would be no problem like Young Link and Paper Mario could potentially be... and yet people seem to make judgement on their name-sharing, game-sharing alone.

That's a good idea, I'd prefer Wind waker link, not mask one though...however I'd prefer Midna instead...

Also what is with people wanting Skull kid? I'm not against him or anything, just what does he do exactly?

Look, while I myself have a huge respect for people who agree that Wind Waker Link should be in Brawl, and while I have also made this mistake before (Not too long ago, actually. Like, what, a week ago?), you've gotta hit that search button. It save the forums from becoming filled with topics that all retain to the same idea. Please use the search next time, okay? This could've easily fit into any of the other topic with this sort of idea (WW Link, Probable characters, ect.)

If it gets to the point where I'm FORCED to use him to unlock stuff... I'll use him...

But by no means do I plan on using that thing for real... XD I like the Oldschool YLink better.

And I would prefer Young LInk not to return, I just don't feel like having different versions of the same character... If we get Y.Link... what's stopping Sakurai from adding Paper Mario?
