almost every one knows in melee there were many diffrent things you could do to hack the game through Action Replay

examples of codes are:
obtaining unplayable charecters or stages.

plus many many others

you did not even have to use the debug menu for unplayable charecters.

well... now to my question
will we be able to use codes like in melee to play as bosss

for example
ancient minister
master hand
taboo(sorry if spelled incorectly)
or sse charecters
or even a.t.

can some tell me if this is possible

and if so who would be willing to fiqure this out

i'm sure this would be greatly apperciated by many

sorry if worded crappily it's 1 am where i am at

No, it is not possible. Why? Because every Wii update will makes the previous Action Replay unusable. Because AR developers know that they will not be able to convince people to buy a new AR every month, they will never make an Action Replay Wii.

Very well put. Maybe they could make 1 and gibe a disclaimer about the updates that the wii will give you and warn you not go to online, na not likely. No action replay for the Wii.

Then explain the Action Replay that's already out for the Wii.

It is? No it isn't, as far as I know.

"Currently, Action Replay is available for the Nintendo GameCube, Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable (PSP)" -Wikipedia.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong though.

With an Action Replay, if there ever is a simple way to bring an AR system to Wii, the only extra playable characters will be the Alloys. Sorry, but in Brawl, none of the bosses are controlled by CPU or take up character slots. They're external.

Because, for one, this seems to require some skill to use it /jk.

But, seriously, we don't know yet if this is as effective as an AR. I'd like to see what it can do first.
From a technical standpoint, this is exactly like what AR or Gameshark did, only in this case, it's more likely been put together as a Dev or Modding tool. This isn't going to give you the simple access to look up codes on the 'net and put them in for whatever cheats you want, that said, it also would be infinitely more powerful than GS/AR.

Like people here stated already: AR for Wii isl not likely to be made, because the Wii's updates might shut down AR.

Also, Superlink9: That's not necessarily true about boss characters. For example, Master Hand was playable through AR. It might have been because Master Hand was controlled by a CPU (wasn't it?), but I'm not sure.

Why would a new AR have to be released every month? Couldn't they just create periodic software updates to keep up with Nintendo's updates? I'm pretty sure that's what the modchip companies are doing....

In Melee, Master Hand was controlled by a CPU character, unlike in Brawl where he's external.

If you want to see what I mean, play Melee and fight any character like Master Hand, Sandbag or Giga Bowser. They have an icon and percentage (or HP) at the bottom of the screen, just like playable characters do. However, in Brawl, all the bosses don't take up a player character slot along the bottom of the screen. Basically meaning they don't take up a character slot, so they're external, "obstacles", like Goombas and Redeads etc in Melee.

It also makes sense, because the game rip only mentioned that the fighting alloys had player models, and they're also the only non-playable characters that have player slots at the bottom of the screen.

Master Hand used to, but I don't think he does anymore.
