So, at first I was pretty stoked for Amiibo as a concept, and I'll definitely be getting some for the characters I like.
And obviously we don't know everything they do yet.
But.
I feel like the learning AI is kind of a waste for the Amiibo itself. That's something I feel should have been in the game by default. why do you need that portable? I guess if you're going to tournaments and want to train yourself there, sure, but otherwise...
I feel like a better use for Amiibo would have been to load your player name, custom movesets, etc onto it and take them to your friend's house so you don't need to go through the menus and customize, holding up the action. I am really hoping this is also incorporated into it, but I have the sinking feeling it isn't. What say you?
