Nintendo is forcing you to buy a wiiu (or a bundle of it plus another game) plus this bundle if you want to play smash.

Do you really believe that they would sell a bundle with wiiu, smashwiiu, gc controller and gc controller adapter, all in one?

While the U is underselling, they need to ship as many U systems as they can. Personally, I'd be infinitely more interested in a Smash-themed U which came with the game and no adapter, and then just getting the adapter separately. Without a system, this bundle won't do me any good, and without the system bundle, I, at least, will probably delay my purchase of a U instead of making it an impulse buy.

If you guys are going to preorder this, you should do it really soon. When I preordered it a couple months ago, the manager at Gamestop told me that the SKU probably wouldn't be available for too long (I believe him- he's my old boss and generally actually knows what he's talking about)

Not to say that it's gone yet but there will likely be only so many available.

Das a sweet box if you ask me! It may have been better if they had colored in the "console banner" on the top black to blend in with the rest of the box but it's just a box after all.
