I got 2 Amiibos for Christmas, mostly for farming/grinding custom moves/headgear and while they're both Lv 50 already I noticed that I'm not getting much back from them.

Maybe 8 pieces of equipment/trophies per 8 man smash battle at 99 stock. Anyone have a better formula to get more "gifts" from them per match? Should I team them up, only use one at a time, maybe feed them more powerful equipment? Does anyone know if these contribute to what the Amiibos bring back after a match?

Much appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly, but I would suggest playing a larger number of short matches instead of really long ones. I got about 8 things after a few matches - I'm not sure how many they were, but I'd guess like 5 or 6.

To expiriment,
I first played a 60 min match on Final Destination stage, using my 7 amiibos. I collected the rewards, and it seemed that I received way more gold than custom moves, and equipment. My Little Mac placed first, andB literally collected 2000 gold, and no trophies, no equipments, not custom moves.
I then played a 40 min match on Mario Galaxy stage, using my 7 amiibos. I collected the rewards, and was underwhelmed.
I then performed 2x 20min matches on Yoshi's Island with the same amiibos, and received MORE loot.

My conclusion is either 20 min matches produce better results than 40 min matches.. Or the stage choice of Yoshi's Island, is a better looting stage than Mario Galaxy. I suspect that if an amiibo collects too many parts throughout the duration of a match, its parts list won't support the large number of icons... The effective solution is to just convert the equipment to gold automatically. In the case of the 60 minute match, this became very apparent.

Needs more testing, I can say that
