This is a small analysis of hit boxes visible and found so far in footage of Smash 4 (just know all this can change or will change and it might be migrated to a different thread for every character)

(I am guessing those circle stands for the length of the hitbox however I do not think those are the actual hitboxes)

Mario's Jab Combo

(Seems pretty standard, it have a normal range)
Megaman's Up-Tilt

(Its hard to see (similar to Sonic's Up-Tilt), but you can see a small blue light as near his fists that forms a circle. The edges of that circle could be the very edge of the hit-box since Smash hit-boxes are known to be a circle.)
Mario's Pivot Grab

(this pic, is meant to show how far MegaMan is from Mario)

(If this is the actual range of the grab, that means he can grab pretty far which may come in handy for competitive play since tripping is no longer an issue)
