If Doctor Mario can get his vitamins back, & both him & Shadow Queen Peach get different effects for attacks, why doesn't OoT Link get the proper Fairy Bow/Boomerang/Bombs?

the boomerang is already similar enough to Oot's since it's no longer the gale boomerang
the bow should be changed along with the mastersword as the sword is still TP's
The only thing I can see why it didn't change is the bombs as they are located in a entirely different file
