alt. costume engine question

It is not public.
cBliss is a similar application. But it requires you to fill slots for every character, and does not allow additional costumes to be added as Team Colors like the Alt Costume Engine.
For future reference or questions, there's already an Alt Costume Thread where several PMBR stop by to answer questions. This and questions that are similar belong there.
