So, I've read most documentation I could find so far, and have googled my fingers off trying to find these answers. So, I'll simply bullet my questions, and list my setup:

Soft-Modded, Letterbombed Wii, with Homebrew Channel and using WiiFlow as my primary USB Backup Loader from an External HDD. I've got a strictly 2GB SD Card loading all configuration / apps (Though I'd wish I could use my 4GB class 10 Card, but it seems Brawl won't mod otherwise).

1. Is there a way to load multiple Smash mods, or selectively load different mods? At the moment I load WiiFlow with no Orcarina to play stock Brawl, I then use Loader GX with Ocarina + VBI Hooks to auto-load Project M. I would like to set up to be able to use Brawl Minus and Balanced Brawl, but I don't want to try and find another 2GB SD for just this purpose. I'm hoping there is some form of USB Loader configuration out there which will allow me to load them separately much like Riivolution did (The whole sad story of a dead disk drive, else I'd still being using this method).

2. For Custom Characters, where do they load from by default? Based upon specific loader. (From reading, I think they are suppose to load from the SD:private/Apps/... Folder)

2a.1 I would love to load custom characters like Sephiroth, Cloud, Shadow, Mega Man, Ect into Project M, is this possible in any way?
2a.2 If this is possible, does this work with the cBliss method of unlocking 10 slots? How do you specifiy a 'Special' slot for a character?

3. If I wish to load stock brawl from a USB loader, and apply custom characters, how do you go about this? I understand it uses Gecko Codes for each character, I believe, to then load files from the SD, though how do you set this up?

4. How do you tell the difference between a custom character download which is just a Re-Texture Vs. a New Move Set from Character Skin? Or; am I misunderstanding, and Custom Characters with custom move sets/attacks are only to entirely replace a base character?

5. Can you even use cBliss with USB Loaders?

5a. How do you use the cBliss code generator tool? It asks for a folder, but I'm not sure where to point it.

6. Is there a tool made which caters to handling files, previews and conflicts? An easy way to see what mods you have loaded, since you have to rename characters to match the overlay character's skin type?

Bottomline: I really love a lot of the hacked characters, so much so I've almost downloaded about 100 I wish to try out, though all of them vary in how they are crafted and what files accompany them. I understand a lot so far, and get the file types and where they go for the most part, my whole goal is to maximize the amount of loaded characters I can have at one time without completely replacing old characters, Re-Textures I'm not so much worried about as much as I am simply new content, videos of Cloud and Shadow have made me super excited to breath life back into SSBB for me.

Thanks in advanced!

Sorry for the double post, however I don't see a delete option. I've re-posted in the FAQ section.

From what I know, only Riivo is capable of loading multiple mods from the same SD card... so you're probably just gonna have to get a second/third/etc. SD.
I've heard of a modded File Patch Code that does something similar though.

private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/fighter/(character's folder)

2a.1 I would love to load custom characters like Sephiroth, Cloud, Shadow, Mega Man, Ect into Project M, is this possible in any way?

Yes, it's possible. This page lists character colors and the like, so you know what replaces what.
This site, KCMM, hosts individual hacks.
I've never used cBliss myself, but I think that you'd just rename the character files to the corresponding numbers, much like how you would normally.

3. If I wish to load stock brawl from a USB loader, and apply custom characters, how do you go about this? I understand it uses Gecko Codes for each character, I believe, to then load files from the SD, though how do you set this up?
You'd just have to use a generic codeset along with whatever custom stuff you're using.

4. How do you tell the difference between a custom character download which is just a Re-Texture Vs. a New Move Set from Character Skin? Or; am I misunderstanding, and Custom Characters with custom move sets/attacks are only to entirely replace a base character?
Moveset changes are different, they replace a base character's moveset (you can't have different movesets as different costumes).
While on KCMM, character hacks marked with PSA are moveset hacks.

5. Can you even use cBliss with USB Loaders?
I don't see why not.

6. Is there a tool made which caters to handling files, previews and conflicts? An easy way to see what mods you have loaded, since you have to rename characters to match the overlay character's skin type?
Well, I use BrawlBox to open up files and preview them when I forget which file is which.
