All star Mode

Why I cannot select the all star mode in single mode?
I have the PM installed correctly
SD card on normal wii

To unlock All Star Mode you need to have unlocked all of the characters
But, as PM already has the characters unlocked you need to complete these objectives.
So to unlock All Star mode you either complete Subspace Emissary or you fight 450 VS matches with your friends or with cpu
