hey guys,
im not sure if this will take off or not but i was thinking that if every falco that posts on these boards was to get footage of themselves fighting level 1 enemies and post it here we mite be able to get a solid idea of the tech skill level on average on these boards.
ok... so i know it sounds stupid but you only ever see vids of pros and stuff, and wouldnt it be better if everyone could show off, or get advice if needed

it would also stop all of those rate my falco threads (or some of them), and then we could rate on pure tech skill alone...

also i havent got any footage yet ill put some up as soon as possible... im not sure if ill edit it in here or later on down the page...

oh well i hope its a good idea cause it sounds good to me.. like a universal collaboration of awesomeness..

also only post one vid... so pick your best one... for improved videos edit them into your original post

anyway i thought that mite happen... i cant exactly click my fingers and give u a recording device...
but make sure you post it here when you can capture...
u dont even have a digital camera or anything?

i think this isn't a very good idea since level 1s are for practice of basic tech skill and not demonstration of high tech skill which involves DI prediction, tech chasing, etc.

besides, you said this would be based solely on tech skill, when that is really only a portion of a solid falco's game and playstyle.

the rate my falco threads are 'rate my falco overall' not 'rate my tech skill' so you're not stopping those.

nice try but i don't think it's a good idea.

I agree with game guitarist...its a nice thought to know everyone skill level...but its too had of a project...and players skill changes so much and so fast. you would have to update it like daily for everyone.

first off, this won't stop any "rate my falco" threads, since tech skill isn't what you want to get out of those anyway. second, i fully support Game Guitarist's claim. Third, you'd have more success creating a video guide of all the tech tricks falco can do (which some already exist).
