Man, I kind of hate these sort of topics, but I thought I should throw this out there since there still seems to be some confusion on the matter.

Directional Air-Dodging is confirmed. (Link air dodges down. I guess you could argue that he's just falling... mostly likely it's just like Melee though.

Eh, well I didn't see it, and the famous "search" function rarely yields decent results even when I'm looking for something I know exists. Oh well, like I said, there's still some confusion, maybe now with this late thread the thousands of people still wondering (I know, it's weird) will find out. Sorry to offend...

Air-dodging has been known about in Dojo screenshots for like, 5 months.

However, you point out that it can still be done directionally, which is of course valuable to any and all wavedash arguements.

... but it doesn't matter. If you think people are going to read this and stop pointing out things about air-dodging and wavedashing in every single SWF thread, think again.
